So bored of positive thinking as an entire lifestyle . Sure , I believe in retaining a positive state of mind but not in a delusional way . We need to allow our feelings ( negative or positive ) to process . While I love the idea of spreading positivity , yet we need to allow ourselves to not always see the damn silver lining . Yup , life can be very hard and it doesn't get any less hard by slapping a positive affirmation on top of real issues , real people , and real life . To me , forcing ourselves to be in a state offbeat to the real one , suppressing our initial feelings / emotions and be positive all the time is not normal ~ it's just a cop out ! We should all feel free to allow ourselves to feel the emotions and move thru them rather than pretending them away ~ it's literally a more reality way to live positively !
