The Bottle of Feelings

I am the friend who everyone turns to about their problems in life but  I hardly ever talk about mine. 

I've never been good at expressing myself ,  so I bottle my emotions up and hide my feelings .... 

The greatest irony is  .... despite there're more than 7 billion people in this world but no one seems to have the strength or cares enough to unscrew the caps ....
